Responsibilities:
- Conduct market appraisals for prospective vendors.
- Realistic individual sales targets set by Management.
- Complete activities designed to assist in gaining a greater market share, including telephone canvassing, door knocking and leaflet drops.
- Developing and maintaining a strong contact via database.
- Complete all necessary documentation/files for listings.
- Respond to email and phone inquiries.
- Conduct open for inspections.
- Other duties as required.
You must have:
- 1 years experience minimum REQUIRED in Real Estate sales.
- Agents Representative or higher.
- Victorian driver’s license.
- Reliable car.
- Enthusiastic work ethic.
- Honesty and Integrity.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Confidence and motivation to exceed.
