In August of 2014, our business first began trading as mortgage brokers. As the business expanded, we established the Real Estate arm of our operation. This was in August of 2019. L.N.K Perera is the proprietor and managing director of the business. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Colombo and a Masters of Commerce from Deakin University in Melbourne. He is also a Licensed Estate Agent and has been active in the industry since August 2014.

As a newly established business in the real estate industry, we are planning to use our experience in banking and finance and real estate to build excellence in our brand name. We will do this by building long-term relationships with our vendors and clients and by understanding their short and long-term goals.

Furthermore we strongly believe that our unbeatable level of property expertise, marketing skills and technology will help to guarantee that we achieve the best possible results for both our buyers and our vendors.
