Assuming your investment property is rented for $450 per week (monthly rental income of $1950.00 and annual income of $23,400.00 ) with property management fee of 5.5% + GST, you will be paying $ 117.97 monthly fee. With our comparison investment property management fee rate of 4.5% Including GST, you will be only paying $ 87.75 monthly fee.
You can save $30.00 per month or $362.7 per year if you transfer to us to manage your property.
